Instructor, EAMT (Emergency Animal Medical Technician), holds a Certification as a Wilderness First Responder. She
will be taking the Beginning and Advanced Large Animal Rescue, taught
by the New River
Fire Department. Teri Ann has
previously trained with Mountain Rescue and is excited about moving over
to large animal
rescue.
Teri Ann is also a hiking guide in her other business, "Hiking AZ with Teri Ann" and has found herself using her wilderness training as well when aiding a hiker who has become distressed.
